The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and hosppi. This agreement governs your use of the Site, both as a casual visitor and as a registered user.

Hosppi (Hospiapp Pvt. Ltd.) is an online based application for healthcare ecosystem. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of appointment times and prices to Users, we have tied up with different hospitals/clinics/diagnostic centers/ambulances. hosppi enables Users to book doctor/test/health check appointments slots online right from the comfort of their home or office by providing them with choice of Hospitals/clinics/diagnostic centers.

Payment Policy

The User agrees to pay the consulting fees and other fees applicable to User's use of Services and the User shall not circumvent the fee structure.

Hosppi will not charge any additional payment gateway charges or service charges unless otherwise specified in the booking details page.

The fees could be paid online through the facility made on the Website.

The fees could also be paid offline and be collected personally from the User at the Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic centre

In order to process the payments, hosppi might require details of User's bank account, credit card number etc. Please check our privacy policy on how hosppi uses the confidential information provided by Users.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment booked online should be cancelled online only. will charge Rs.15 as a cancellation fee for every appointment cancelled.

Cancellation of the appointment by the patient should be done one (1) hour prior to the time blocked for appointment. In such an event, the entire amount will be refunded to the patient within 7 business days from the date of cancellation in accordance with the mode of refund proposed by the patient.

Preponement or Postponement cannot be done once appointment is confirmed.

As soon as an appointment is cancelled, the user gets the information to the registered email and a SMS on the registered mobile number.

Refund Policy

In the form of an email sent by you from the SAME email address which was submitted by you to us at the time of registration for the service.

In the form of a letter signed by you to reach our registered office at: Plot no.34, Malani Colony, Behind Sweet Heart Restaurant, New Bowenpally, Hyderabad - 500011 by registered post.

Once your refund request has been received by hosppi and verified, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your request. If your refund request satisfies the above terms, the amount would be refunded.

If the amount for the service was originally paid by you through credit card, the refund amount would be debited back to the credit card account that was used to make the original purchase. You will see the credit on your next credit card bill. Our activity will have no influence, on the settlement date of your credit card bill.

All communication in this regard should be addressed to The processing will normally take seven (7) business working days and the amount(s) will be refunded within 7 business working days after that.

Hosppi shall not be liable for any refunds to the customer in the event the customer's booked slot/ time for an appointment has been delayed.


Hosppi may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your hosppi account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Service. Hosppi can terminate the Service immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

User Responsibilities

 Users are required to provide the following details at the time of appointment. Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to make appointment.

SMS of the invoice or Email. (This is widely accepted by most hospitals/clinics/diagnostic centers).

Some hospitals/clinics/diagnostic centers do not accept the electronic invoice formats. We provide the details of such hospitals/clinics/diagnostic centers while booking appointment on In such case we request you to kindly carry a printout of the invoice.

A code when generated after booking an appointment must be provided at the Hospital/clinic/diagnostic center to match the details of the User.

The Users should reach at the respective hospital/clinic/diagnostic center 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.

The user when failed to reach the hospital/clinic/diagnostic center at the booked appointment time, that appointment slot is cancelled automatically after ONE hour.

A booking is considered confirmed if the booking confirmation page is shown to the User, even if SMS/Email fails to deliver for any reason.

If appointment confirmation/cancellation, SMS/Email, is not sent for any reason, if reported it can be resent by our support team. SMS/Email might fail to deliver or get delayed for several reasons which are not in hosppi’s control.

Users are required to keep their account information updated. All the appointment confirmations and changes or related information will be sent to user’s email id or phone number. In case of any change in contact details, the users need to update the information in their health account.

Prohibited Uses

In using this Site, you agree not to:

Send or otherwise transmit to or through this Site any unlawful, infringing, harmful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, hateful or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, any material that can cause harm or delay to this Site or computers of any kind, and any unsolicited advertising, solicitation or promotional materials;

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any way;

Gain unauthorized access to this Site, to other users’ accounts, names, personally identifiable information or other information, or to other computers or websites connected or linked to this Site;

Restrict or inhibit any person from using this Site, disclose personal information obtained from this Site or collect information about users of this Site;

Reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any section or technology on this Site, or attempt to do any of the foregoing;

Launch or use any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that access this Site in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser;

Hosppi is responsible for

Issuing a valid doctor and diagnostic test appointment slots (a slot that will be accepted by the hospital/clinic/diagnostic centers)

Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation.

Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience.

Keeping the Users Personal information which is collected at the time of registration Confidential.

Providing the tools that help users meet & communicate with healthcare providers/doctors.

Hosppi is NOT responsible for

Any wrong medication or treatment quality being given by the doctor(s), or any medical negligence on part of the doctor(s);

Any type of inconvenience suffered by the User due to a failure on the part of the doctor to provide agreed services or to make himself/herself available at the appointed time, no show by the Practitioner, inappropriate treatment, or similar difficulties;

Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by the doctor or the doctor’s staff;

Any medical eventualities that might occur subsequent to using the services of a doctor, whom the User has selected on the basis of the information available on the Website or with whom the User has booked an appointment through the Website.

Any incorrect data provided by User while booking the appointment.

If the user arrives late to the hospital/ clinic/ diagnostic center.

If the hospital/clinic/diagnostic center not providing service /facilities mentioned while booking.

Hosppi will not be responsible for losses or inconvenience caused due to non-updation of the contact details in user’s account.
